Turnaround All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.
Following carriers are used to deliver the order:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
In the event that a you are not fully satisfied with the a purchase from Boss Sound and Communications, you may send it back within 7 days of receipt and Boss Sound and Communications will exchange, credit or refund the purchase if, and only if, it complies with both our Return Policy and our Limitations.
Most products may be sent back and return or exchange will be made on the purchase by Boss Sound and Communications within 7 days of the receipt. However, certain products may not be refunded, including but not limited to those considered special orders. In the event of a return or exchange, shipping is the sole responsibility of you, as a customer. The original shipping and handling charges for the returned or exchanged product will be deducted from the amount returned or credited. There may also be applicable restocking fees which will be deducted from the refund or exchange. If the event is returned, due to refusal of acceptance, additional freight charges will be reduced from the return or credited amount.
If, in the rare instance, a product arrives damaged or cannot be repaired, Boss Sound and Communications will pay for a replacement to be shipped if the damage, shortage or faulty shipping is properly signed for. If damage, shortage, or loss is not signed for, the shipment of replacements may not be possible. If you, the customer, do not wish for parts or a replacement unit, a credit may be issued for the product as stated above.
Boss Sound and Communication does not offer cancelations upon products which have been previously been shipped upon date of the cancelation attempt. The costs of round-trip shipping will be deducted from refunds if orders are refused.
Any purchase or order which is denied, returned or credited due to dissatisfaction of the product or is claimed to have been cancelled before it was shipped, is standard reason for return as there is no defect within the product. Therefore credit will be issued as stated above.
Any credit for returned items will be processed once the products are received by the distribution center and confirmation is made of the return by the distribution center. Any questions regarding the return policy can be made prior to or subsequent to placing an order by simply contacting Boss Sound and Communications at 416-674-8445.
Boss Sound and Communications reserves the right to not allow refund or exchange for certain products under certain conditions:
- Electric shavers
- Products, in general, which have been damaged by the customer and not due to shipping or due to Boss Sound and Communications in anyway.
- Products which packaging has been damaged, by the customer and in no way by Boss Sound and Communications or its Associates or Service Providers, to a great enough extent, which will be determined by Boss Sound and Communications upon receipt at the distribution center.
- Consumables, including but not limited to, the form of batteries, recordable CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes or light bulbs cannot be returned.
- Any product which has been returned to the distribution center without is original packaging.
- AV furniture that has been put together or removed from its original packaging.
- Any form of connectors, whether for Audio or Video or any other connectors sold on Boss Sound and Communications Web site.
- Televisions of the sizes 40’ or above
Due to hygienic reasons, no returns will be accepted on any product which falls under the subcategory ‘Head Phones’ on Bosssound.ca. If, as approved by Boss Sound and Communications, the products which fall under the ‘Head Phones’ category are refunded a mandatory 35% restocking fee, along with shipping charges will apply.
Certain products are sold under the condition of 'Final Sale' which means these items are not a part of the Return Policy. Upon addition to the cart a notification will be given stating the product is a ‘Final-Sale’ item.
Boss Sound and Communications offers manufacturer warranty upon most, if not all, of its products, therefore after 7 days of receipt, if the product is found unsatisfactory for any reason, the manufacturer is responsible and thus should be contacted. Boss Sound and Communications and any of its Associates, cannot at all be held liable beyond 7 days of the receipt. In general most manufacturers offer a one-year warranty for their products upon purchase from the retailer. However, some manufacturers may offer a longer or shorter warranty on some or all of their products. Your warranty begins upon the day you have received the product from Boss Sound and Communications and it has been confirmed by the shipping company.
