Pickup is also available from our above location with prior notice, along with your PayPal invoice print out, your credit card and identification.
Our Policies
Refund Policy - Within 7 days of receiving the product, some exceptions apply, shipping and handling will be deducted, product should be in original pkg. and sealed. Restocking charges may apply. Shipping of any returns is the responsibility of customer, Boss Sound and Communications cannot be held accountable for any shipping charges or damage of products during the return shipping process.
Boss Sound and Communications will not accept any return or exchange without a prior authorization RA number. An RA number is valid for 14 days only and will not be reissued.
All of our products come with Canadian manufacturer warranty straight from the company. Extended warranty is also available for a product.
